A British writer and Twitter user @moniquemonrowe has
publicly rejected the notion that a man is the head of the house, an idea she
said is deeply rooted in religion and specifically the Bible.
According to this lady, the idea that the man is the head of
the house is rooted in biblical times when women were not considered equal to
men and as such, it is incompatible with the 21st century.
According to the writer, she cannot accept a concept written
at ‘a time period when women did not have equal consideration or power’.
@moniquemonrowe also said that this does not reconcile with today’s reality or
the modern woman or family.
All these women will be forming feminism until they meet a man that will sweep them off their feet.
Yeah, she's foreign, but they are all the same.
I have seen some Nigerian feminists fall face down for men and before you know it, they swap their usual posts like "strong women don't need a man to get by" for "love is sweeter than life itself".
Look, until they start proposing to men, force men to answer their last name, pay groom-price to his family, my type cannot be convince about their authenticity. You can't be one-sided and support feminism only when it suits you.
By the way, I ain't trying to be politically right.
Some of us need a real man to carry the load of the house as ordained by God and oestrogen.
"Help meet" is bae!
