Today, the President of Namibia received Ambassador Lilian
Onoh as Nigeria’s ambassador and High Commissioner to the Republic of Namibia.
Ambassador Lilian Onoh is the sister of Bianca Ojukwu, Nigeria’s former
ambassador to Spain. Prior to this engagement, Lilian Onoh had been Nigeria’s
Acting High Commissioner to Jamaica.
